Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and unworn.
  • The original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The product is in its original condition.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate wear products may not be eligible for exchange once opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in cases where:

  • The ordered item is unavailable.
  • A damaged or incorrect item cannot be replaced.
  • An approved refund request has been reviewed by our support team.
